Our teeth are made of 3 parts:

Enamel, Dentin, & Pulp

The Enamel is the outer layer of the tooth that is made up of strong and dense protective crystals. Fluoride becomes incorporated in the enamel to strengthen it and protect our teeth against cavities.

The Dentin is the middle layer of the tooth that is yellow in color and softer than the enamel.

The Pulp is the inside of the tooth, filled with the nerve and blood vessels of the tooth.
